Lucalla is a demo-stage AI receptionist service operated by FN Developments LLC. Using this site does not create a healthcare relationship, service contract or real appointment.

Prototype limits

Demonstrations use synthetic appointment details and a dedicated test calendar. The prototype can make errors. Practice facts, calendar integration, staff handoffs, recording consent and privacy requirements must be checked before real use.

No medical or emergency service

Lucalla does not provide medical advice or emergency care. Contact your healthcare provider for clinical questions. For an emergency, call the local emergency number.

Demo inquiries

A demo request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing or a response time. Do not provide patient information. No payment is collected on this website.

SMS program

Lucalla may send recurring automated marketing texts about its reception software, demo previews, product updates and offers only to people who check the optional consent box on the demo-inquiry form. No texts are being sent yet. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and STOP and HELP will be supported when messaging begins. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No SMS is sent merely because you submit a demo inquiry.
