This notice covers the Lucalla demo website operated by FN Developments LLC. It does not describe a real clinic's patient records or authorize sending patient information to us.
Information you choose to share
A demo inquiry may include your name, work email, business name, brief request and an optional phone number. Marketing-text consent is recorded separately from inquiries without that choice. Please do not submit patient information, medical details, payment information or sensitive personal data.
How information is used
Demo inquiries are used to respond to your request and discuss whether a demonstration fits your practice. An inquiry alone is not consent to marketing or SMS.
Website services
This website is hosted on Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Website infrastructure may process technical information such as request logs and IP addresses. This site does not intentionally add advertising trackers. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts.
SMS privacy
No marketing texts are being sent yet. If you check the optional consent box, we store your number, consent choice, the disclosure text and version, the source page and the time received. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate the requested service.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete a demo inquiry using the contact route on our demo-request page. We will review requests and retain information only as needed for the inquiry or legal obligations. Do not use this website for urgent matters.
